Rui travelled around the world to snowboard before finding a home in Hemu. He started as a snowboarder, with touring opening the door to skiing and new ways to explore the mountains. After three full winters based here, he brings local knowledge and a love of exploration to the trips he helps put together, sharing Hemu’s mountains, village life and culture with international visitors.

Hemu is Luke’s home mountain. It’s where he started snowboarding and developed his freeriding, building his connection to the terrain through winters spent exploring it. Today, he guides international guests on off-piste resort terrain and single-day tours, sharing the mountains and the local life that make Hemu home.
